Has anyone already successfully changed the door from right to left? According to the instructions, the door stop can be changed, but the hinge I mentioned that has to be unscrewed cannot be removed with the best will in the world. After several attempts, it is only scratched, but still sits bombproof. If anyone has managed to do this, I would be grateful for any tips!

Hi there! Unfortunately, customer service was of no help to us and only our caretaker with a proper workbench to clamp the part could help, as the thing really couldn't be moved with normal tools, not even with heating or cooling.

Anybody knows where I can find spare parts for this freezer? I mean, a new drawer? I have to say despite nice product all 3 drawers look like quite fragile and once you have it loaded it might brake, as happened to me (that's why asking the community about a spare drawer... Thank you.
