Is the portafilter included in the delivery of the grinder?

Commissioned today and the 2 buttons flash alternately. According to the operating instructions, there is a fault, namely that the bean container is not inserted correctly. But this is not the case. The bean container fits perfectly and is locked into place. Is there a step in the commissioning process that we are overlooking? Or is the part defective ex works?

Hello, I can't grind the coffee when I put the cup in because the display keeps flashing what should I do? I like to check that everything is fully engaged, both the bean container and the cup holder.

You can programme the left button to the desired quantity. We assumed that if you adjust the quantity to the small sieve, you can then fill the large one by pressing it twice. But then the large one overflows. And if you adjust it to the large one, it is too little for the small one. Does anyone have the same problem? (We use the Delonghi piston coffee machine/strainer)

Is there another collection container for this, preferably made of antistatic material?

Hello, on my new Dedica KG 521.M, the grinder adjuster rotates when grinding from fine to coarse. I assume that this is not intentional. Is there a remedy or is there a defect? Thank you

The coffee is not ground cleanly out of the grinder but splashes around. Of course, my machine is getting on in years, but I clean it often. What else could it be? Do I need to replace the grinder? Could it also be the coffee?
