I have received today Bosch MUM 5 plug fits although I have got an adapter. tried it out today the kneading hook is difficult to put in it does not click with effort I have managed to knead yeast dough on stage 3 machine wobbles at the top it has up to stage 7 I am disappointed in this machine I have imagined it differently

I now have a Kenwood appliance (Chef) and am very satisfied. The Kenwood also turns completely differently, in a good way. And it has the better quality beaters. I'm not satisfied with the Bosch either.

Why do I get a device from a Swiss distributor with a German plug? Could I then also buy in Germany for a cheaper price :( am a bit disappointed and am going in search of an adapter for the Swiss socket!!!

It's a grey import, and it's in the specifications, so the adapter may have been forgotten. Simply write to galaxus@galaxus.ch and they will immediately send you an adapter.

I have the Bosch MUM56320CH/01 unfortunately this has gone out after a good 8 years. Can I use my accessories with this machine again, or are they not compatible?
