Unfortunately, we are not so satisfied. We also have rough unsealed tiles that the Bissell doesn't clean easily. We are still faster and more thorough when we mop classically by hand. For laminate floors, or floors with smooth tiles, it would probably work well. We will sell the product again.
The battery is charged by cable. I have the Bissel as a daily wiper. It does its job well. The battery charge is enough for my 45 sqm. I have 3 sets of cleaning pads normal and 1 for coarse. Put them in the washing machine and it's good to go. My Philips aqua Trio plus runs very rarely. You can't quite reach the corners but it takes edges without a problem. It could have a bit more power but for daily use it is fine. My Philips gets into the corners much worse.
