Its foldable 2-stage lever system allows corks to be pulled completely vertically in 2 stages without any effort, without damaging them. Oxygen accelerates the oxidation of wine in opened and resealed bottles, deteriorating the wine within a few hours. The vacuum wine pump removes oxygen from the bottle and also serves as a closure for optimal preservation of the wine and its properties for several days.
