The Paris grinders feature Peugeot's patented "U'SELECT" system, which makes it easy to set the desired degree of grinding with maximum precision. All you have to do is turn the wooden ring at the base of the mill and select one of the preset positions. There are six different settings for the pepper and salt mills. The degree of grinding has an influence on the flavour. The finer the pepper is ground, the sharper the flavour.
