Product details

The ice stabilizer is particularly suitable for the production of creamy ice cream, ice cream, and whipped cream. It improves the viscosity of the mixture and the whipping ability, delays melting, emulsifies and stabilizes the ingredients, and ensures a creamy end product.

Usage: 3 to 4 g per liter. Without altering the recipes, mix dry with sugar and add to the milk. Let it swell for 15 minutes.

Ingredients: Emulsifier E471, thickening agents E410-E412, gelling agents E401-E407.

Allergens: May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, gluten, nuts, sulfites, and lupine.

Store protected from moisture and heat.
