The LC INOX professional tomato press is a kitchen appliance that is ideal for turning tomatoes into tomato puree.
The machine body and the threaded ring are made of shiny, food-safe fused aluminium, while components such as the casing, funnel, drip channel and splash guard are made of food-safe stainless steel. Only the housing is made of plastic.
The machine is user-friendly and easy to dismantle and clean.
The LC INOX professional tomato press has a 230V induction motor with rainproof switch and is certified in accordance with the 89/392 regulation for machinery. It is the choice for professionals, also thanks to its exceptional processing capacity: in fact, the hourly output is 370 kg/h.
Motor and transmission
This machine is equipped with a 230V electric asynchronous single-phase induction motor with a maximum motor power of 0.8 HP. The tomato press is mounted on a small metal chassis.
The F37 steel drive shaft is connected to the screw thread by a transmission with 2 pulleys and V-belts.
The transmission functions as a reduction gear, which improves machine operation.
