The OXO Good Grips Silicone Pastry Brush functions like a brush with natural bristles, but it is also heat-resistant, odor-resistant, and easy to clean. Multiple layers of silicone bristles handle all tasks. The gaps in the center of the bristles hold back liquid when transferring it from the bowl to the surface of the pastry, and the tapered outer bristles allow you to brush delicate pastries with ease. The silicone bristles are heat-resistant, so you can spread butter in a hot pan, and the angled brush head keeps the bristles away from the countertop. Suitable for both small and large surfaces. Dishwasher safe.
