Tasting notes
Noble and discreet aroma, red berry fruit, dried orange peel, spices. Beautiful play of race and soft fullness. Fine fruit, nice typical mineral-smoky notes, juicy, long-lasting fruit with some charcoal and caramel on the finish. A style somewhere between old and new world.

Vinification
Fermentation with the grape's own yeasts in concrete tanks, aging in concrete eggs.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, beef, grilled vegetables, pasta with spicy sauces.
