Nouvel hot stone

Today, cooking on a hot stone is a special way of dining at the table, allowing each guest to prepare their food exactly as they like. Cooking with a hot stone is simple and requires minimal preparation. All that needs to be done is to preheat the stone in the oven at 230 - 250 °C for about 30-60 minutes (depending on the thickness of the stone). After that, the stone is placed on the designated plate, and you're ready to go. You can practically prepare anything on the hot stone according to your taste, whether it's meat, fish, or vegetables.
