Product details
The narrow 160 mm blade of the slicer is ideal for filleting. It is suitable for all fine tasks, such as trimming meat, filleting fish and meat, or slicing vegetables and fruits. It is also excellent for slicing bacon, ham, and similar items into paper-thin pieces. Nesmuk Soul offers extreme sharpness and outstanding edge retention thanks to the niobium element in its unique steel alloy, which cannot be achieved with ordinary stainless steel varieties. A fine bevel is applied by hand to the spine of the blade, highlighting the elegant lines of the slicer. The hand-mounted bolster is made from a solid piece of stainless steel, stabilizing the blade and echoing the fine bevel of the blade's spine. Olive wood is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful woods. Nesmuk exclusively uses hand-selected pieces of wild-grown olive wood from a specific region in Spain, featuring particularly spectacular grain patterns, ranging from light brown to golden yellow, with wild streaks of dark lines. The handles are intentionally left unpolished to preserve the pleasantly soft feel of the olive wood.
