Product details
The GAC-10F activated carbon granulate filter from Naturewater removes unwanted substances such as chlorine, rust, pesticides, pharmaceutical residues, and organic contaminants from water. It also reduces the concentration of heavy metals like lead and copper.
Unlike activated carbon block filters, an activated carbon granulate filter consists of small grains or pellets of activated carbon placed in a housing. Water flows through the housing, and the activated carbon particles bind the pollutants in the water. Activated carbon is known for its high efficiency and is used industrially, for example. The water used there is treated with activated carbon before it is incorporated into food, as activated carbon works very reliably and filters out most toxins.
