The Moccamaster Moccaserver is perfect for professional use. The coffee machine brews 1.8 litres of coffee in 6 minutes, which is 14 cups of coffee. The coffee is kept at the perfect temperature on the warming plate. Once a full pot of coffee has been brewed, you can place it on the top warming plate to keep it warm and continue brewing the coffee in the second glass pot.
