The blades of the 5000FCD series captivate not only with their striking damask pattern, derived from 49 layers of steel, but also with their hardness of 61 HRC. Both sides are finished with the characteristic Honbazuke honing typical of Miyabi knife blades, impressing with a razor-like sharpness. The black, elegantly shaped Pakka Wood handles feature a steel end cap and have red decorative rings at the bottom, which particularly highlight the exotic appearance of the knives in this series. The blade and handle of each knife are excellently balanced, making any cutting tasks effortless for the user. Hand wash recommended.
