The Mixcover salad spinner was specially developed as an accessory for the Thermomix TM6 and TM5 to get the best out of your kitchen appliance. It enables quick and easy washing and drying of all types of salad, thanks to the high speed of the Thermomix (up to a maximum of level 3). The lid opening of the salad dryer allows you to add salad during the spinning process. Approx. 400 grams of salad, herbs etc. can be spun dry in a single pass. The Mixcover salad spinner can be used in combination with the knife or the knife replacement and can also be used for cooking up to 100 °C. It is dishwasher-safe, BPA-free, food-safe and vegan.

Application: Simply place the salad in the bowl, rinse with water, put the Thermomix lid on and spin for 15 seconds to the left and right on speed 3 of your TM6 or TM5 appliance. Speed level 3 should not be exceeded.
