Product details

A proofing basket ensures optimum piece proofing. The wooden moulds store heat, which helps the dough to rise, absorb moisture well, ensure good dough release and are easy to clean afterwards. The baskets are made of compressed spruce fibres and are therefore natural and ecological. This wooden mould is suitable for about 500 g of dough.
