Product details

A proofing basket ensures optimal final proofing. The wooden shaping molds retain heat, which helps the dough rise, absorb moisture well, guarantee easy dough release, and can be easily cleaned afterward. The baskets are made from compressed spruce wood fibers, making them natural and ecological. This wooden shaping mold is suitable for about 500 g of dough.
