Mini Pasteurizer, Cheese and Yogurt Kettle FJ 15

• The world's only mini multipurpose kettle for pasteurization, cheese, and yogurt production.
• With new innovative electronics, the water temperature can be heated to nearly 100°C and the medium temperature to up to 90°C. The production times for pasteurization, cheese, or yogurt production can also be individually programmed as needed.
• Additional thermometer for monitoring the temperature of the medium.
• Both the outer container and the medium container are made of stainless steel.
• With a powerful heating element of 2.8 kW, the medium is heated from 4°C to a maximum of 90°C in approximately 1 1/4 hours.
• Reset button at the bottom allows for a restart in case of incorrect operation.
