It features a conical grinding mechanism with 6 blades and is made from SUS420 stainless steel. This conical grinder, with a diameter of 38 mm, is very sharp, hard, and precise. With 24 grind settings, it allows for precise adjustment of the grind size to meet different requirements such as espresso, mocha, filter coffee, or French press.

The entire grinder is made from high-quality materials. The housing is constructed from a non-slip aluminum alloy, the handle is made of walnut wood, the grinding mechanism is stainless steel (SUS420), and all other parts such as levers, springs, screws, etc., are made from stainless steel (SUS304). The entire grinder is disassemblable, making it easy to clean. If the grinding mechanism is not regularly cleaned during daily use, the leftover old powder can contaminate the freshly ground coffee, leading to a deterioration in flavor.
