With the Lightning needle distributor Pro, extraction can be increased and clogging of the portafilter reduced. It enables a more even distribution of the coffee powder. Stirring breaks up any coffee lumps and evenly distributes the density of the coffee in the puck. The result is a reduction in channel formation and even extraction.

The distance between the needles can be infinitely adjusted by turning the ring. When extended, the mixing surface is larger, resulting in a more efficient breaking up of the lumps. In addition, the needles are ground flat and straight, which solves the problem of easy piercing during use.

With WDT tools, the needles are often damaged by falling. With the Lightning needle distributor Pro, the needles are extended at the touch of a button and automatically retracted by a hand movement or turning the tool round. This means that the needles are always protected and the tool is suitable for mobile use. In addition, the built-in springs provide good feedback when distributing the powder.

The entire needle dispenser is made of high-quality materials. The handle and housing are made of an aluminium alloy and the 8 needles (plus 8 spare needles) are made of stainless steel (SUS304).

The scope of delivery includes 8 spare needles that can be easily replaced. A small magnet is also supplied as a holder.
