Product details

The silicone chain is ideal for blind baking. The chain weights down doughs that will later be topped or filled, preventing bubbling and shrinkage during baking. It is easy to use and can be reused multiple times. With its 77 balls, the chain covers a surface of up to 28 cm in diameter. The included mesh bag can be used for easy cleaning of the cooking chain in the dishwasher. Due to its unique design, the cooking chain can also be used as a trivet for placing your warm dishes. It is resistant to extreme temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +220 °C.
