The Weggli stamp is perfect for giving your homemade rolls an extraordinary pattern. Instead of making a simple notch in the rolls, the dough stamp is pressed firmly into the shaped and slightly risen dough pieces. Using a little flour prevents the dough from sticking to the stamp. Afterwards, let the rolls rest a bit more before they are brushed with egg and baked. This way, you create particularly beautiful Weggli with a sweet star pattern.
