Vermicelli is a narrow, 1 mm wide dried pasta variety. They come from the Campania region and are one of the oldest known pasta formats. With the 12 cutting rollers, you can make as many formats of fresh homemade pasta: Capellini, Lasagnette, Linguine, Mafaldine, Pappardelle, Ravioli, Raviolini, Reginette, Spaghetti, Spaghetti chitarra, Trenette and Vermicelli. The accessories for Atlas 150 are made of chrome steel with rollers in anodized aluminum alloy, so that no metal residues remain on the pasta and to be able to guarantee you a 100% pure and healthy product. They can be easily and quickly mounted on the Atlas 150 models and can also be used with the Pastadrive* motor to make your work even faster (*for safety reasons, the motor cannot be used to produce the Mafaldine, Pappardelle and Reginette formats).
