Sous-vide is a special cooking method where food, vacuum-sealed in a special plastic bag, is cooked in a water bath at low temperatures.

Place the grid in the sous-vide GN container to neatly and space-efficiently arrange the vacuum-sealed food. The sous-vide stick is inserted into the opening of the container. You then cook the food slowly in a water bath at a constant low temperature between 50 and 85 °C.

The cooking temperature is below 100 °C. This gentle cooking method preserves the nutrients, vitamins, and flavors of the individual ingredients. Especially spices and herbs become more intense through sous-vide cooking. Cooked meat becomes particularly tender and juicy.

The container is especially robust and durable. With a capacity of 12 liters, it offers enough space for various dishes and different foods. The small cutout in the lid reduces steam, keeping the heat inside the container, which helps save energy.
