Les Jamelles Écluse de la Méditerranée Pays d'Oc Sélec. Reserve
1 x 75 cl, 2015Product details
A dark red cuvée with slight violet reflections, full-bodied and long-lasting. It features a rather intense bouquet of ripe berry fruits, complemented by noble roasted aromas of coffee and mocha. On the palate, it has a slightly sweet entry and impresses with its rich, intense, and complex fruit. Soft tannins and spicy notes also emerge. It offers a long-lasting finish. A good companion to beef and lamb dishes, mushroom dishes, as well as hard cheese. 1991 marks the beginning of the success story of Badet-Clément and Les Jamelles in Languedoc-Roussillon: In this year, the Burgundy couple Catherine and Laurent Delaunay, trained in the New World, began producing their line Les Jamelles, primarily based on varietal wines. Today, Badet-Clément is one of the most successful French export wineries, whose originality and quality are recognized by the international trade press, and whose Les Jamelles wines are regularly awarded at competitions.
