The Bianca espresso machine makes no compromises: equipped with the E61 brew group, dual boiler technology, and manual brew pressure control via paddle. Bianca is designed for all coffee experts to extract the best from every coffee. By turning the mechanical paddle attached to the brew group, the water flow in the brew group can be regulated, allowing optimal control of the brew pressure at every stage of extraction. By adjusting the brew pressure, you can brew the best espresso from any coffee. The LCC allows for control of all parameters of the espresso machine, such as brew water and steam boiler temperature, timed pre-infusion, standby time, turning the steam boiler on and off, partial/total coffee shot counters, and switching the temperature display from °C to °F. Bianca features two separate stainless steel boilers for steam and hot water extraction as well as brew water. The dual boiler technology ensures greater temperature stability, eliminating the risk of overheating the brew water, and allows for brewing coffee while simultaneously steaming milk or drawing hot water.
