Scorch protection & whipping cream made easy.

Protection against burning - the rubber sliders specially adapted to the Thermomix TM5 & TM6 ensure that the entire contents are mixed and stirred. This prevents burning at the bottom of the mixing bowl. Caramelising sugar is also child's play with the MixPRO.

Whipping cream - the MixPRO is the ideal attachment for whipping cream. The rubber sliders ensure that 100% of the liquid cream is absorbed and whipped, achieving optimum whipping results.

Flexible and durable - The MixPRO can be used as desired: Rice pudding, custard, oatmeal, boiling milk or sautéing onions. The MixPRO is particularly suitable for starchy foods.

No need to scrub the mixing bowl - the continuous movement of the mixing bowl contents prevents food from burning and sticking. This means the mixing bowl base is always clean and ready for use again after just a quick rinse.

100% food-safe and BPA-free - The materials used are 100% food-safe, BPA-free and temperature-resistant from -40 to +220℃. This means that the MixPRO can be used for all foods without hesitation.
