The casserole dish, including a matching lid from the Signature series, is the all-rounder among Le Creuset casseroles. It can even be used as a frying pan, making it ideal for dishes that are first seared and then baked in the oven. Thanks to its stainless steel knob, using it in the oven is not a problem.

Le Creuset cast iron cookware is particularly energy-efficient, as heat is optimally distributed from the base to the walls and retained for a long time.
