Product details

The square grill pan from the Signature series features an ergonomically shaped handle and a large helper handle. Both are made of cast iron, making the grill pan ideal for use in the oven. Additionally, they ensure easy and safe transport, even with thick oven mitts. The grill ridges effectively retain fat while also creating authentic grill marks.
