The powerful grinding mechanism (Ø 22 mm) made of hardened ceramic is corrosion-resistant and ensures consistent performance for years. The stainless steel knob is used to open the housing and to adjust the grind size. The thread of the 30 cm salt mill is made of stainless steel. The shaft can be easily filled with approximately 115 g of black peppercorns through the large opening. The salt and pepper mills are distinguished only by the stainless steel knob marked "P" or "S."
