The PM 2000 kit comes complete with a manual pasta machine and a detachable double cutting roller accessory. This is the classic manual pasta machine that allows you to roll out lasagna sheets to your desired thickness (thanks to a special regulator) and also gives you the option to cut the sheet using the included double cutting roller.
