Environmentally friendly, sustainable, and high-quality products with handles made from biocomposite, which contains up to 50% lignocellulose, a renewable organic material abundant on Earth made from wood and paper. The blades are made of hardened X46Cr13 stainless steel, and the total length of the knife is 230 mm. The handle provides a comfortable feel, and its material, "eCO2," is dishwasher safe.
