Laguiole en Aubrac Jove

The knives of Laguiole en Aubrac combine in a perfect symbiosis the long tradition of knifemaking with a strong penchant for perfection. The love for the product is visible in every single hand-polished bend and curve of the handle as well as in the harmonious selection of woods or horn jaws. French walnut wood was used for these steak knives. The stainless steel blades are mirror polished and very sharply ground. The traditional shepherd's cross in the wooden handle, the handmade chasing on the back of the handle and the bee are a must for the cutlery, as for all original French Laguiole knives. These knives are carefully handmade and reflect French tradition and food culture. Please clean only by hand.
