Product details

High-quality lever mechanism with grinding mill. Filling: 1) Open the front flap, 2) Fill with salt, pepper, or spices. Adjusting the grinder: Turn the lower knob clockwise for fine grinding and counterclockwise for coarse grinding. Grinding: Move the lever handle back and forth. Cleaning: 1) Some spices are oilier than others and can cause the mill to stick. Grind coarse salt to clean residues and neutralize spice flavors, 2) Hand washing is recommended. Tips and usage: 1) Avoid moisture, do not use over boiling pots, 2) Do not grind cloves or star anise as they may damage the plastic, 3) BPA-free materials.
