Thanks to its high-quality base construction (super-thermic sandwich bottom), the Silver Star frying pan offers extremely good heat distribution, ensuring an even frying result. Your food will be crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
The high-quality coating consists of multiple layers. In a complex production process, titanium particles are heated to extremely high temperatures and shot onto the inner base of the pan, where they fuse directly with the stainless steel to form an extremely durable plasma-hard base layer. This coating process is also used in aerospace and medical technology and is characterized by high abrasion and scratch resistance. On top of this plasma layer, there are three ceramic-reinforced layers:
1. A bonding agent for an optimal connection between the plasma-hard surface and the middle layer.
2. A middle layer for durability.
3. Reinforced sealing of the outer layer for a long-lasting and maximum non-stick effect as well as optimal cleaning.
The outstanding non-stick properties of the Silver Star pan allow for fat-free or low-fat cooking and frying, aligning with a modern, healthy diet. The Silver Star frying pan is suitable for all types of cooktops (induction, gas, ceramic, cast iron, electric, halogen) and is oven-safe up to 180°C. For example, meat can be seared in the pan and then cooked at a low temperature in the oven. Additionally, the pouring rim ensures that this quality product has excellent features that facilitate the clean preparation of sauces.
