The secret is cooking gently. The thermal cookware range HOTPAN® allows you to cook healthy dishes without fat. It is the well-conceived interplay of pot and insulating bowl that makes the HOTPAN® so practical. All you need to do is to heat your dish briefly and the HOTPAN® will take care of the rest of the cooking. The food stays hot in the HOTPAN® for up to two hours. This is not only convenient but also very healthy. And you use 60% less energy to top it all.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Never place a plastic holder on the hob and never leave an empty HOTPAN® on a hot hob hotplate.
Never fill the insulating bowl (plastic holder) directly with hot liquids and only use it in combination with the Hotpan cooking pot.
