The Colori Titanium are knives that are versatile in use, for dicing, chopping and mincing. The stylish non-slip handle sits comfortably in the hand, even if you are working with it for a long period. The different coatings also give the blade a classic, elegant look. Sharpness: During the manufacturing process the blade is heated to over 1000°C in an annealing process and then ice-hardened at minus 80°C ensuring exceptional hardness and resistance to corrosion. The blade has been ground on both sides and is perfectly suited to cutting meat, vegetables, fruit, cheese and much more. The matching blade guard ensures safe storage and keeps the blade sharp. Ergonomics: To design the perfect handle a number of different prototypes with only slight variances were created. The ergonomic and smooth shape feels good and secure in the hand.
