For normal soiling, clean while still hot after use with a soft cloth or sponge in hot rinsing water For the stainless steel material, use a chrome steel cleaner, e.g. SWISS CLEANER, for coarse soiling/discolouration Do not use abrasive cleaning agents on the inside. Dishwasher-safe, washing by hand is recommended Abrasive cleaning agents and dishwashers can damage the surface of the pot Never remove residues with sharp objects such as knives, steel wool or copper cloths (scratch marks).
