IBC container heaters for food and pharmaceutical applications are ideal for quickly and effectively heating containerised goods, which can then be emptied from the container with virtually no or minimal product loss.

This IBC heater is equipped with two thermostats. These thermostat heaters are adjustable in the temperature range from 0 to 90 °C. As a result, liquids in the container can be heated very quickly and safely and the desired viscosity of the contents is maintained.

The IBC container heater for food and pharmaceutical applications is characterised by its robust and durable lightweight construction. In combination with the quick-release straps, it can be easily attached to any standard container with a capacity of 1000 litres.

For this reason, the heater is ideal for transporting 1000 litre containers whose contents must maintain a certain temperature or viscosity.

Container heaters are versatile and suitable for heating a variety of liquids such as water, resin, oil and other liquids, which can then be easily pumped or poured.

For optimum heating performance of the IBC heater, it is essential to use an insulated lid. We recommend this IBC lid, otherwise it will be difficult to heat the IBC container to the desired temperature.
