'Provence' roasting pan, round, Ø 24 cm, colour: classic red. Cast iron with particularly high-quality and robust enamel. Energy-efficient thanks to optimum heat distribution and heat storage capacity. Easy to use and extremely easy to clean. Versatile in use: sear, cook and braise while preserving flavour, bake until crispy, serve in style. Suitable for all hob types including induction, as well as for grills. Heat-resistant stainless steel lid knob. Heat-resistant up to 250 °C. Dimensions: Ø 24 cm, 4.2 l, H 11.5 cm.
