PREPARATION NOTE: The sugar content must be at least 6 % - this is the only way to achieve the desired slush texture. For alcoholic slushes, the alcohol content must be between 3-16 %, as freezing is not possible with a higher alcohol content. The appliance should also be left to rest for at least 2 hours after transport before it is put into operation
