Kilner Mayonnaise Maker

The mayonnaise maker can also be used for other sauces such as aioli and salad dressings. Making homemade mayonnaise couldn't be easier with the Kilner mayonnaise and sauce jar set. Fill the jar with egg yolks, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper, then place the pestle and lid into the jar and secure it with the screw band. Gradually pour oil into the oil funnel while moving the plunger up and down. After about 3 to 4 minutes, the desired consistency of the mayonnaise is achieved, and it is ready to serve.
