Kilner Fermentation Glasses

Homemade sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, carrots, or garlic - with our Kilner fermentation jar, you can easily pickle and preserve vegetables. The best part, however, is the flavor - extraordinary, aromatic vegetables full of vitamins. The nutrients remain intact through the fermentation process or are transformed. Our Kilner fermentation set allows gases and thus pressure to escape from the jar without letting oxygen in. This keeps the jar sterile, preventing germs from entering, and ensures the vegetables stay fresh. Fermenting is very simple; you just need to add water and salt. And of course, the vegetables. The vegetables are sliced thinly, mixed with salt, and then the liquid is pressed out. After that, they are tightly packed into the Kilner jar, water is poured in, and the accompanying ceramic plates are placed on top. These are important for weighing down the vegetables. The jar is securely closed with the lid, and the special Kilner valve is attached. Now, the jar needs to sit for a few weeks.
