Create mousse, soufflé or macarons with the AT511 mixing element for folding and your Chef food processor. The special shape of the blade allows heavier ingredients to be folded in without reducing the airiness of the dough. Mixing the ingredients is an important part of a delicious and successful baking and cooking result. That's why Kenwood has developed this unique accessory, with which even heavier ingredients can be evenly folded into the dough. In addition, the lifting accessory is dishwasher safe and adjustable in height to fit the mixing bowl.
This AT511 under-lift mixing element is exclusively compatible with the following Kenwood 4.6 litre food processors: Chef, Chef Elite, Chef Titanium, Chef Sense.
