Serving pan with lid 36 cm Ø, 7,0 L Cast aluminium with non-stick coating.

From the cooker directly to the table. This serving pan with a 10 cm high rim is suitable for cooking, frying and braising. The two handles plus glass lid are classic for a serving pan.

Cast aluminium has very good heat conductivity. This means that food is heated evenly and quickly. Thanks to the high-quality ceramic-reinforced non-stick coating technology "Made in Germany", oil, and other fats, can be reduced to an absolute minimum. The pot is easy to clean and is clean again in a flash.

Pot and handles are made of one piece. This makes it suitable for use at very high temperatures in the oven or on the grill. The glass lid with stainless steel lid knob saves energy and allows cooking on sight without heat loss.

The Kerros cookware series is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, of course. Ovenproof up to 180° C, without lid up to 230° C.
