Stainless steel not only conducts heat quickly and evenly but also retains it very well. The specially designed energy-saving base with an integrated aluminum core helps to live a bit more sustainably.

A lid saves energy and time. The heat generated is retained for a long time inside. The steam release valve in the glass lid allows steam to escape while the lid is closed. The handle and the grip absorb little heat during cooking, thus maintaining a comfortable temperature. The pan is heat-resistant up to 220°, and the glass lid up to 180°.
