With a springform pan, you can release the side wall using a tension lever: the ring opens, allowing you to remove the base of the pan and reinsert it. With a flat base, cakes and tart bases turn out perfectly in the springform. The base with a central chimney replaces a bundt pan for pound cakes and gugelhupf. Unlike other baking pans, the finished cake is not inverted from the springform. Instead, you release the tension lever – the cake separates on its own thanks to the non-stick coating – and lift the ring away. Since the bottom support plate is slightly larger than the ring, springform pans are completely leak-proof. They come in various sizes and shapes, such as round, square, or heart-shaped.

Crystal clear – with the leak-proof baking pans, you can serve quiche and fruit cakes directly from the oven to the table. This is made possible by the heat-resistant special glass base that is fitted into the springform. Instead of inverting the dough, you open the tension lever, remove the baking ring, and place the cake with the glass plate on the table. You can cut on the robust, scratch-resistant glass surface without leaving a mark. If there are leftovers, simply place the glass plate in the refrigerator. Also practical: the quiche pan with non-stick coating and glass lifting base. Place the dough in the pan and top it with sweet or savory ingredients. Once it’s baked, push the base upwards and easily lift out the quiche or cake. The pans are available in various sizes, and the glass base can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
