Kaiser Springform pan

With a flat base, cakes and cake layers succeed in the springform pan. The base with a central chimney replaces a ring mold for pound cakes and gugelhupf. Unlike other baking pans, the finished cake is not flipped out of the springform. Instead, you release the tension lever - the cake separates completely on its own thanks to the non-stick coating - and lift the ring upwards. Since the bottom support plate is slightly larger than the ring, springform pans are completely leak-proof. Made from high-quality metal, they conduct heat well, ensuring even browning of the batter.
