Kaiser Springform pan

With a flat base, cakes and cake layers succeed in the springform pan. The base with a central chimney replaces a ring mold for pound cakes and gugelhupf. Instead, you release the tension lever - the cake separates completely on its own thanks to the non-stick coating - and lift the ring away.
