Kaiser Inspiration

Available from summer 2017. With a springform pan, you can release the side wall using a tension lever: the ring opens, allowing you to remove the base of the pan and reinsert it as needed. With a flat base, cakes and cake layers can be easily baked in the springform. The base with a central chimney replaces a bundt pan for pound cakes and gugelhupf. Unlike other baking pans, the finished cake is not inverted out of the springform. Instead, you release the tension lever—the cake separates on its own thanks to the non-stick coating—and lift the ring away from the cake. Since the bottom support plate is slightly larger than the ring, springform pans are completely leak-proof. They are available in various sizes and shapes, such as round, square, or heart-shaped.

The Kaiser collection Inspiration offers six different shapes and numerous possibilities with its traditional black coating. It's best to get started right away, mixing the cake batter and pouring it into the springform with a tube base. A heart-shaped cake can also be made effortlessly in the appropriate thin-walled form. All springform pans are leak-proof and can be easily opened and closed with the handy tension lever. For those who want to bake bread instead of cake, the loaf pan is the perfect choice. Greasing is unnecessary because the high-quality coating ensures nothing sticks. You can easily lift the finished cake out of challenging shapes like the bundt pan. Kaiser offers a three-year warranty on these robust baking pans, which are to be cleaned by hand.
